Return Policy

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to update your spa profile and fill out any required information. We regret that late arrivals cannot receive an extension on scheduled service time and will be responsible for full service fees.

24 hour notice is required to cancel any spa service(s). 50% of the service fee will be charged to the client if not canceled within this time frame. If 24 hour cancellation notice is not given on a service that is part of any promotional item the service will be forfeited. This includes all packages, gift certificates, spa cards and vouchers.

Initial consultations are complimentary. Subsequent consultations are subject to a $50 fee.

If customer is dissatisfied with any service provided by the spa, a complaint must be issued in writing with a manager. The letter must be presented to the manager at the spa location or emailed over within 24 hours of the service.

Please keep valuables with you at all times. The spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles.

Goods must be returned in their original condition, including immediate packaging with the security seal intact within 7 days of purchase.

Gift certificates are not refundable at any time, and are not to be treated as cash, and therefore are not redeemable if lost or stolen.

There is a no refund policy on the purchase of all gift certificates, spa treatments/packages and/or laser treatments/ packages. All spa packages, laser packages and/or gift certificates are final sale and are not transferable. No exceptions.
