Prior to your facial, a relaxing, facial lymphatic drainage will be completed in order to improve circulation and the movement of lymph fluid to the lymph nodes in the neck and face, reducing swelling, eradicating impurities, and boosting the immune system.
Your technician will listen to your goals for the treatment, examine your skin, and recommend the optimal treatment for your individual skin needs, as the nozzles and serums used as part of the patented 4-in-1 vortex technology system will vary depending on your particular skin concerns.
During the first step of the treatment, your skin will be gently cleansed in order to remove dirt and debris. Utilizing the resurfacing wand and Activ-4™ serum, skin-clogging sebum and dead skin cells will be removed, refreshing your skin’s surface. This exfoliating step is incredibly effective, yet painless and helps restore a more youthful, healthy appearance to your skin.
The second step uses Glysal™ serum, a blend of salicylic and glycolic acids, which works to loosen stubborn dirt, debris, and sebum, thereby preventing future breakouts. Although the Vortex-Peel™ is as effective as more aggressive peels, it is much gentler, as it does not result in scaling after the procedure and does not lead to a burning sensation. Instead, most patients describe it as a slight tingling feeling.
Next, the Vortex-Extraction™ nozzle tip, aided by Beta-HD serum, is used to painlessly suction out blackheads and other impurities. This helps prep your skin for the final step, ensuring that the serums applied can effectively penetrate the skin, bringing about a dramatic change.
