All services offered are fee-for-service as Nurse Practitioners cannot bill OHIP, as per the Canada Health Act. We are an alternative option to OHIP insured services.
Nurse Practitioners
Nurse Practitioners have advanced education and training. They can diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries, as well as order and interpret necessary diagnostic tests such as X-rays, ultrasounds, CT scans, MRIs, and bloodwork; assist clients in managing chronic health conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, or breathing issues; prescribe medications; provide health education and counselling; refer clients to specialists; and assist clients in navigating our complex healthcare system through multidisciplinary referrals.

Episodic Health
Our episodic health services are designed to address specific health issues or conditions on a short-term, as-needed basis. Whether you are dealing with a new or unexpected health problem, or simply need follow-up care after a hospitalization or surgery, we are here to help.
Membership Plans
Individual Annual Membership:
$500+ HST. ($650.00 value)
Same day/next day access to in-person or virtual visits 7 days/week (with exception of statutory holidays)

Annual Comprehensive Healthcare visit once per year (1 hour).
Maximum 6episodic healthcare visits/year, any additional visit will be subject to pay-per use fee of $65 (reduced price).

Booking
Please note our services are not covered by OHIP and there will be a fee associated with your appointment. Fees are listed on our website and will be shown prior to booking your appointment. Fees may be subject to change depending on the complexity/duration of each appointment.
Please note we are NOT an Emergency Department, and our services are for non-emergent, non-life-threatening concerns. If you are experiencing a medical Emergency call 9-1-1.

Acute Episodic Healthcare $75.00
Minor illnesses can include but are not limited to ear infections, sinus infections, upper respiratory infections, urinary tract infections, skin infections, etc.

Any prescriptions required will be provided.
School/Employer medical notes included if needed.
Comprehensive Healthcare $200 (1hour)
For a comprehensive and preventive look at your health. A general health assessment can help you understand risk factors and identify and treat conditions before they become more serious. You’ll know which areas to focus on for your health, what to avoid, and what you could change.
The Nurse Practitioner will consider the multiple factors that may be contributing to the areas of concern. Chronic diseases can be evaluated and optimized using an evidence-based approach. During this visit the client will be actively involved in selected treatment plan that is tailored to individual needs, which might include traditional or alternative approaches. During this appointment clients will be given the full opportunity to express mental or physical health concerns that they have not previously been able to fully express.

Mental Health Assessment $200 (1 hour)
A thorough mental health assessment will be completed to determine the diagnosis, treatment and if referral to Psychiatry is required. Medication management is within the scope of practice of a Nurse Practitioner. One follow-up visit is included in this fee.
Prescription Renewals $75.00
Medical review/health history
Clients will have the opportunity to have non-opioid, non-benzodiazepine prescriptions refilled.
Commercial Drivers Medical Examination $150.00
Medical review/health history
Driver’s Medical Form will be completed afterurine test, vision test, hearing test, physical exam and any additional tests requested by Ministry of Transportation are completed.
Medical Referral to Specialist $100
Medical review/health history
Clients will have the opportunity to have referral made for a specialist.
Medical Referral for Massage Therapy, Physiotherapy, Orthotics $75.00
Medical review/health history
Clients will have the opportunity to have referral notes prepared for above paramedical services.
Medical examination for Return to Work Requested by Employer $100
Medical review/health history
Clients will have the opportunity to have employer form completed with a return-to-work plan.
Frequently Asked Questions
We are not your typical walk-in clinic in the sense that you need to book an appointment with us in order to be seen. However, we do allow you to come in on a Pay-Per-Use basis as long as you book an appointment through our app or website.
Yes, we are accepting new patients and we’d love to have you join us! If you are looking for primary care, you are welcome to join our practice by subscribing to one of our annual plans.
We do not accept OHIP for our subscriptions or appointment fees since Nurse Practitioners are not allowed to bill OHIP for services. However, your OHIP can be used to order third party services such as diagnostics and other tests.
Our medical consultations and memberships are covered under many existing private healthcare plans, including Healthcare Spending Accounts. When you purchase a visit or membership, we send you an email receipt, which you can submit to insurers for reimbursement if this is something that’s available to you.
Nurse Practitioners do everything you would expect in from a General Practice Practitioner such as prescribe medication, manage chronic disease, perform physical check ups, order procedures, refer clients to specialists, and more. If you are looking for primary care, you are welcome to join our practice by subscribing to one of our annual plans. We provide all of the services you would expect in a full service Family Clinic.
Absolutely! All you have to do is subscribe to one of our annual plans and you will be assigned to one of our Nurse Practitioners.
Currently, 3 million Canadians are already under the care of an NP. Our patients enjoy quality primary care and NP’s deliver this care. NP’s are perfectly suited for primary care because of the practical nursing and hospital-based experience they all have.
Nurse Practitioners provide all services you can expect to receive at a traditional family clinic, and more. Some of the services include the following: assessments, diagnosis, minor stitches, order & interpret all lab tests, order diagnostic imaging tests, consult and refer directly to specialists, and prescribe medications.
We’re a private clinic and our services are not covered by OHIP. Unfortunately, the system hasn’t yet adjusted to the way that healthcare is evolving. As nurse practitioners, OHIP currently pays for the diagnostic and laboratory tests requested, but they are unable to bill OHIP for their services.
We need your OHIP info in case we need to order third party services, such as diagnostics and other tests.
